Golden State over Memphis in 6

Analysis: The Warriors have too much firepower for the Grizzles to overcome especially with the injury to Mike Conley. However, I still expect the Grizzles to fight to the end and win a couple games with their great defense.

LA Clippers over Houston in 7

Analysis: This should be a very exciting series as both teams like to get up and down. I’m expecting every game to be tight and competitive, but give the edge to the Clippers as it looks like it is their time to finally break through after beating the Spurs.

East

Chicago over Cleveland in 6

Analysis: I must admit, I am picking this one mostly with my heart. Kevin Love is gone and J.R. Smith is suspended for 2 games, but Cleveland should still be considered the favourite because they have Lebron James. I’m hoping the Bulls can take advantage of the situation and step up their game in order to beat the Cavs.

Atlanta over Washington in 7

Analysis: Two very evenly matched teams that should come down to the wire. I think Atlanta’s 3 point shooting will give them the slight edge, but all bets are off if John Wall continues to take his game to another level.
